On Sunday, March 15, at 3 p.m., Ari Gluck, a former Half Hollow Hills High School East player, helped his current team, the Adelphi Panthers, achieve a 16-6 win in an NCAA Division II contest against the Saint Anselm Hawks.
The matchup was held at William J. Bonomo Memorial Field. It marked the fourth time this season the teams faced each other. The Panthers had lost the prior game that same day, 5-4.
Gluck pitched 3.2 innings, surrendering three earned runs, with three walks and one strikeout.
The Panthers will face the Assumption Greyhounds at home on Saturday, March 21, at 12 p.m. at William J. Bonomo Memorial Field.
