Recently, Councilwoman Jane Bonner attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony for Stretch Zone’s new location at 385 NY Route 25A in Miller Place. This marks the first Stretch Zone to open in Suffolk County. The company, founded in 2004, offers assisted stretching services using its own patented tables and strapping system.

According to a statement from Stretch Zone, “They help people feel better, move easier and gain more range of motion to do the things they love to do and regain some of the things they may have lost over time.”

Stretch Zone staff work with a wide range of clients including athletes, stroke survivors, individuals recovering from hip or knee replacements, office workers, weekend athletes, and people living with conditions such as multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease.
