West Bay Shore home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in West Bay Shore rose by $55,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 55 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,000 - a 14.9% increase over the $370,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in West Bay Shore in the second half of 2016, as well.
