Suffolk County reported the following information related to COVID-19 on November 28, 2020. Last updated November 27, 2020
On November 26:
- 1,419,705 COVID-19 tests were administered, an addition of 14,089 tests
- 4.2% of those tested since March have been confirmed positive for COVID-19
- 3,4% tested positive on Long Island yesterday; 3.6% positive on a 7-day average
- 3.8% tested positive in Suffolk County yesterday; 3.8% positive on a 7-day average
- 59,810 total cases
- 537 new cases
- 296,532 total were tested for antibodies
- 31,085 individuals not previously tested for COVID-19 have tested positive for antibodies
- 2 fatalities
- 2,047 total fatalities
- 217 individuals were hospitalized, an increase of 17 in 24 hours
- 47 patients were in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), an increase of 2 in 24 hours
- 19 Positive Currently in the ICU and Intubated
- 33 new admissions
- 15 discharged since last report
- 6,366 discharged since March 22
- 2980 hospital beds, 901 available, 30 percent
- 379 ICU beds 122 available, 32 percent
