Of the 8,147 people living in Center Moriches in 2019, 52.6 percent (4,285) were women and 47.4 percent (3,862) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Suffolk Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 2,568-to-2,412. In the 65 and over age range, there were 653 females and 605 males.
