The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Kara Hahn, Kara Hahn for Congress, refunded $5,800 to Stephen Della Pietra on July 28, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Kara Hahn for Congress has refunded $5,800 total since Feb. 1.
