Of the 10,860 people living in North Lindenhurst in 2020, 51.3 percent (5,573) were women and 48.7 percent (5,287) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Suffolk Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 390. In the 65 and over age range, there were 1,162 females and 610 males.
