Of the 18,555 people living in Lake Ronkonkoma in 2020, 50.9 percent (9,445) were women and 49.1 percent (9,110) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Suffolk Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 98. In the 65 and over age range, there were 1,895 females and 1,379 males.
