Of the 11,083 people living in Lake Grove in 2020, 46.7 percent (5,177) were women and 53.3 percent (5,906) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Suffolk Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 207. In the 65 and over age range, there were 865 females and 758 males.
