Of the 33,612 people living in Huntington Station in 2020, 49.5 percent (16,648) were women and 50.5 percent (16,964) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Suffolk Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 307. In the 65 and over age range, there were 2,554 females and 2,313 males.
