The average reported cost of regular gas in cities within Suffolk County was $3.26 per gallon.
Of the 563 reported gas stations in cities within Suffolk County, 355 offer regular gas.
The average reported price of regular gas in New York was $3.43, compared to $3.47 the week before.
Drivers across the U.S. have faced a rollercoaster of gas prices in recent months and years. Though the cost of a gallon of gas is dropping, experts suggest they may rise to $4 before the end of 2024.
