The William Floyd school community is invited to attend the K-12 STEAM Symposium scheduled for Thursday, April 10, from 6 pm to 8 pm. The event will take place in the west gym of William Floyd High School.

The symposium aims to showcase interactive presentations across various fields within STEAM—Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics. Attendees will have the opportunity to view student projects and explore local resources and family programs. The event highlights students' accomplishments in these areas.

Among the artworks featured at the symposium are "STEAM POWERED" by Maria Guzman, a junior at William Floyd High School, and "STEAM" by Sophie Nacchio, a fourth grader at Nathaniel Woodhull Elementary School.
