William Floyd Teachers are teaming up with the Mastic-Moriches-Shirley Community Library once again this summer to host the Teachers’ Story Corner. This event invites children from the community to participate in story sessions every Thursday starting July 10 through August 21, excluding July 31.

The program offers students and families an opportunity to enjoy read-alouds from William Floyd teachers and administrators at the Mastic-Moriches-Shirley Community Library. It aims to provide a fun reading experience during school breaks while familiarizing attendees with library resources.

Sessions will occur every Thursday evening between 5 pm and 6 pm at the library’s main building located at 407 William Floyd Parkway. Each evening includes two half-hour sessions, featuring different teachers reading aloud. Participants can attend one or multiple sessions without prior registration.
