The Town of Brookhaven’s Division of Economic Development and the Brookhaven Business Advisory Council (BBAC) will host the sixth annual Job Fair on Tuesday, June 6. The event is scheduled from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the second floor auditorium of Brookhaven Town Hall in Farmingville.

The Job Fair provides job seekers with an opportunity to meet directly with representatives from local companies that are hiring for various positions. Last year, more than 600 people attended, and over 100 companies participated. For this year’s event, more than 50 businesses have already registered, representing industries such as banking, child care, engineering, and sales. Attendees are advised to bring their resumes and be prepared for discussions with potential employers.

Information about participating companies and details about the event can be found by viewing the town’s calendar or by calling Brookhaven Town’s Office of Economic Development at 631-451-6563.
