There were 2 on-campus statutory rapes in 2017 on the campus of Stony Brook University, located in Stony Brook, according to the most recent crime statistics available on the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) website.

There were no Statutory Rapes on the campus in either 2015 or 2016. Overall, in the three year period from 2015 through 2017, 50 percent of on-campus statutory rapes happened in residence halls.
