Babylon home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Babylon rose by $60,000 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,000 - a 15.4% increase over the $390,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Babylon in December 2016.
