Fire Island home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Fire Island fell by $25,000 while total sales increased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $725,000 - a 3.3% decrease over the $750,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Fire Island in December 2016.
