East Hampton North home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in East Hampton North rose by $228,500 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,455,000 - a 18.6% increase over the $1,226,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in East Hampton North in December 2016, as well.
