Ridge home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Ridge fell by $2,650 while total sales decreased by 13.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 76 homes sold, with a median sale price of $221,050 - a 1.2% decrease over the $223,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 88 homes sold in Ridge in the fourth quarter of 2016.
