Farmingville home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Farmingville rose by $19,950 while total sales increased by 6.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $314,950 - a 6.8% increase over the $295,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Farmingville in the fourth quarter of 2016.
