St. James home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in St. James rose by $20,137 while total sales increased by 34.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $415,000 - a 5.1% increase over the $394,863 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in St. James in the fourth quarter of 2016.
