Setauket-East Setauket home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Setauket-East Setauket rose by $21,500 while total sales increased by 35%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $462,500 - a 4.9% increase over the $441,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Setauket-East Setauket in the fourth quarter of 2016.
