East Marion home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in East Marion fell by $75,000 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $465,000 - a 13.9% decrease over the $540,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in East Marion in the fourth quarter of 2016.
