Mattituck home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Mattituck rose by $60,250 while total sales increased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $498,250 - a 13.8% increase over the $438,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Mattituck in the fourth quarter of 2016.
