Laurel home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Laurel fell by $215,500 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $488,500 - a 30.6% decrease over the $704,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Laurel in the fourth quarter of 2016.
