Northport home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Northport fell by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 38.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $540,000 - a 6.1% decrease over the $575,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Northport in the fourth quarter of 2016.
