Dix Hills home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Dix Hills fell by $5,000 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 99 homes sold, with a median sale price of $645,000 - a 0.8% decrease over the $650,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 81 homes sold in Dix Hills in the fourth quarter of 2016.
