Ocean Beach home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Ocean Beach rose by $196,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $677,000 - a 40.7% increase over the $481,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Ocean Beach in the fourth quarter of 2016.
