Head of the Harbor home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Head of the Harbor fell by $375,000 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $775,000 - a 32.6% decrease over the $1,150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Head of the Harbor in the fourth quarter of 2016.
