Lloyd Harbor home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Lloyd Harbor fell by $247,500 while total sales decreased by 52.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $899,000 - a 21.6% decrease over the $1,146,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Lloyd Harbor in the fourth quarter of 2016.
