Wainscott home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Wainscott fell by $94,000 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,468,500 - a 6% decrease over the $1,562,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Wainscott in the fourth quarter of 2016.
