Gordon Heights home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Gordon Heights rose by $21,000 while total sales increased by 52%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 13.6% increase over the $154,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Gordon Heights in the second half of 2016.
