Medford home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Medford rose by $23,350 while total sales increased by 4.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 134 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 8.8% increase over the $266,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 128 homes sold in Medford in the second half of 2016.
