Islip Terrace home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Islip Terrace rose by $31,000 while total sales decreased by 17.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $336,000 - a 10.2% increase over the $305,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Islip Terrace in the second half of 2016.
