Lindenhurst home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Lindenhurst rose by $31,000 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 176 homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,000 - a 9.9% increase over the $314,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 144 homes sold in Lindenhurst in the second half of 2016.
