North Great River home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in North Great River fell by $23,635 while total sales increased by 31.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $341,360 - a 6.5% decrease over the $364,995 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in North Great River in the second half of 2016.
