North Lindenhurst home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in North Lindenhurst rose by $31,000 while total sales decreased by 14%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 9.7% increase over the $319,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in North Lindenhurst in the second half of 2016.
