Huntington Station home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Huntington Station rose by $17,250 while total sales increased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 180 homes sold, with a median sale price of $351,500 - a 5.2% increase over the $334,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 168 homes sold in Huntington Station in the second half of 2016.
