Bohemia home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Bohemia fell by $42,000 while total sales increased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,500 - a 10.3% decrease over the $407,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Bohemia in the second half of 2016.
