Jamesport home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Jamesport fell by $524 while total sales increased by 30.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $392,476 - a 0.1% decrease over the $393,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Jamesport in the second half of 2016.
