Manorville home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Manorville rose by $80,000 while total sales decreased by 30.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $444,000 - a 22% increase over the $364,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Manorville in the second half of 2016.
