Aquebogue home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Aquebogue rose by $58,021 while total sales decreased by 4.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $475,000 - a 13.9% increase over the $416,979 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Aquebogue in the second half of 2016.
