Village of the Branch home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Village of the Branch rose by $44,250 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $526,750 - a 9.2% increase over the $482,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Village of the Branch in the second half of 2016.
