Shoreham home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Shoreham rose by $372,213 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $802,213 - a 86.6% increase over the $430,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Shoreham in the second half of 2016, as well.
