Asharoken home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Asharoken fell by $136,500 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,150,000 - a 10.6% decrease over the $1,286,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Asharoken in the second half of 2016.
