Middle Island home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Middle Island rose by $18,649 while total sales increased by 32.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 237 homes sold, with a median sale price of $202,649 - a 10.1% increase over the $184,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 179 homes sold in Middle Island in 2016.
