Gordon Heights home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Gordon Heights rose by $48,238 while total sales increased by 23.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,738 - a 40% increase over the $120,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Gordon Heights in 2016.
