West Babylon home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in West Babylon rose by $20,000 while total sales increased by 7.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 345 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 6.6% increase over the $305,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 320 homes sold in West Babylon in 2016.
