Lindenhurst home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Lindenhurst rose by $32,500 while total sales increased by 17.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 335 homes sold, with a median sale price of $332,500 - a 10.8% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 286 homes sold in Lindenhurst in 2016.
