Gilgo-Oak Beach-Captree home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Gilgo-Oak Beach-Captree rose by $120,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $395,000 - a 43.6% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were five homes sold in Gilgo-Oak Beach-Captree in 2016, as well.
